Traditional country house, the Te Trees Hills house (Doi Chè in Vietnamese) was built in 1962 by the Muong ethnic group, living in the valley of Luong Son (Hoa Binh). Entirely built with bricks and pink Granit stones, this house is typical of the medium region of Vietnam North. Ground surface: 125, 58 yd². The private garden of 11,96 yd², inhabited by Tea trees (Chè Xanh) and Keo trees, includes a personal court, water shaft, market garden, direct entry to the Muong village and the Dap Dom Lake. 250 m away from the Orchid central park, offering the scenery of the terrestrial Halong Bay of Luong Son, 5 km away from la ferme du Colvert.
