Traditional stilt house, the Arec Flowers house (Hoa Cau in Vietnamese) was built in 1952 by the Thai ethnic group, living in the Tonkin Mountains. Entirely built with wood and bamboo, its roof is made of palm leave. Ground surface: 179,40 square yards. Its own garden of 3 587,97 yd², filled with fruit trees, for example Arec trees, includes a badminton court and a direct access to the Dap Dom lake.

Traditional country house, the Bamboo house (Vuon Tre in Vietnamese) was built in 1945 by the Muong ethnic group, living in the Luong Son valley (Hoa Binh). Entirely built with bricks and pink granite, the roof is made of red tiles, typical of this medium region of Vietnam North. Ground surface:
