Traditional country house, the Lotus Flowers house (Hoa Sen in Vietnamese) was built in 1972 by the Kinh, the major ethnic group, living in the North plain. It is the only house typical of the Red River’s delta (Vietnam North). Entirely built with bricks and pink Granit stones, its roof is made of old-fashion dark red tiles. Ground surface: 115 m². Japanese-like private garden of 3 587, 97 yd², inhabited by prunuses (Hoa Dao), by the pond covered by the Lotus flowers in summer. Close to the swimming pool, at the Orchid central park

The Lakeside House
Direct access to the Dap Dom Lake
traditional country house, the Lake Side house (Ven Ho in Vietnamese) was built in 1962 by the Muong ethnic group, living in the valley of Luong Son (Hoa Binh). Entirely built with bricks and pink Granit stones, this house is typical of the medium region of Vietnam North. Ground surface: 195 m². The private garden of 3 000 m2, inhabited by Hibiscuses (Hoa Dam But) and Keo, includes a personal court, water shaft and children space, direct access to the Dap Dom Lake. 150 m away from the Orchid central park.
