The Orchid House

Luxurious and elegant stilt house, the Orchid Flowers house (Hoa Phong Lan in Vietnamese) was built in 2003 by our French-Vietnamese team. In a neo-colonial style, this house represents perfectly our line Luxury and Charm. Entirely built with iron wood (Cam Xe) and local pink granite stones. Ground surface: 250 m², plus its 100 m2 terrace made of exotic wood. The private garden of 2 ha with woods, streams, ponds, flowers garden and the Orchid plants… and direct access to the swimming pool.
- Concept : deluxe house, centre of the activities and animations. This house is ideal for families and their children, idleness, vacationists and fishermen, friends hanging out…
- Charm : its private large Butterfly living room (Buom), in an Asian decor and the covered balconies made of precious wooden (Sen Trai) are inspired from the traditional architecture of the houses on the Northern mountains, authentic and esthetic « Spacious and gracious ».
- Comfort :disposing of 2 large family room or 2 doubles and 1 children’s room, with wooden floor and vintage furniture. There are private living room, kitchen, and dining room on the first floor with view on the pool and mountains. Fans, air conditioner, private bathrooms, WC and hot water are available. Caution: the access to the Orchid Flowers house is limited and only possible when it has been booked in advance.

The Flowers Savanah Pea House
In the center, joyful house, next to the pool, in the Orchid central park, the Savanah Pea Flowers house (Hoa Dau Biec in Vietnamese) was built in 2003 by our French-Vietnamese team. In a neo-colonial style, it allies perfectly Luxury and Charm. Entirely built with bricks and pink granite stones, with view on the rice fields, on its 200 m² ground surface, the house offers its 2 000 m2 private garden, filled with flowers, herbs, and medicinal plants, among them the Savanah Pea flowers.
- Concept: deluxe standard and easy access. This house is ideal for families and their children, idleness, vacationists and fishermen, friends hanging out…
- Charm: the Nature Spa Space is on the ground floor, with its red bricks and pink granite terrace. The house is upon the main park animated by the pool, the weaving and embroidery space, rustic kitchen and kids’ space… Numerous activities « Charm and animations ».
- Comfort:disposing of a large family room, 2 double rooms and a children’s room. With old furniture made of wood and bamboo. From the balconies, you can see the pool and the streams surrounding the park. Fans and air conditioners, private bathrooms, WC and hot water are available. The Savanah Pea Flowers house reassures by its charm and its easy access.
