Simple and rustic, so is the new cooking of At Freddy’s (reminding us of our young Brittain chief who has come back to France, after training for a year his young colleagues at la ferme du Colvert). It is from now on Tuan’s duty, the young chief from Hanoi, who takes care of it on our Bilberry trees hill (Hoa Sim in Vietnamese) in summer, with its barbecue settled on our floating raft on the Dap Dom lake.

This second restaurant proposes home-made dishes and Mediterranean recipes.
