General Sales Conditions

All the services reserved for individual and group voyages are governed by the General Sales Conditions of our head office, Nam Long Travel in Vietnam. Refer to www.namlongtravel.com.

All our prices shown are in net and formulated in € or $, current exchange rates. They are valid depending on specified dates in the schedule and / or client discount offers.

All reservations carried out in France have to be reserved with Nomade Aventure, depending on their own General and Individual Sales Conditions. Refer to www.nomade-aventure.com.

In Vietnam, reservations can be made with our Hanoi office or with one of our offically authorized commercial agents. All voyage reservation confirmations carry a deposit of 25% of the total amount. The outstanding balance may be paid in full on the premises.

Our prices are calculated, per person, under various options:

• Full forfeit + Paris flights - Paris
• Stay forfeit without Paris flights - Paris
• Excursion forfeit without Paris flights - Paris
• Extension forfeit without Paris flights - Paris
• Tailor-made and Theme forfeits without Paris flights - Paris
• Miscellaneous services forfeit (by request)
• Suggested prices for small groups of  6 pers. upwards.
• Group - extra charge of 2-3 P + 10 %
• Group - extra charge of 4-5 P + 5 %
• High season extra charge + 100 € for all Paris departures (Full forfeit) during Winter school holidays in February, Spring in April, Summer in July, August and Christmas in December.
• From 16 pers. upwards (reconstituted groups or business groups) reduced prices, consult us for these group reductions.

Our prices include:

• Regular long haul flights Paris - Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) - Paris, Full forfeit. Luggage weight restriction 20-25 kg/pers.
• All transfers by private car with chauffeur.
• Internal flights (taxes included) + Train, depending on itinerary + Extension.
• Private cruise boat on Halong Bay and sampan boats, canoes, bicycles.... Transport of baggage during walks and hikes.
• English-speaking or French-speaking Vietnam Aventure tour guide (depending on excursion hike or mountain) until the end of the stay.
• Full-board, breakfast, lunch and dinner in local restaurants.
• A welcome meal and a goodbye dinner.
• Double room in a 2** Hotel in the large towns/cities.
• Guesthouse, hostel, tribal home in the provinces.
• Nights on the train or on the cruise boat, depending on schedule.
• Museum visits, site entry fees, performances and planned excursions.

Our prices do not include:

• Drinks and extras.
• Repatriation insurance (obligatory): 1 % of the total amount.
• Cancellation insurance and loss of luggage (optional).
• Insurance for the practice of sport overseas (obligatory - Adventure Sport and Bicycle Tours).
• All airport taxes - Paris: around 60-80 €, depending on company.
• All taxes to leave country visited around 10-30 €, depending on country.
• Bicycle + all bicycle equipment and spares (bicycle tours).
• Visa: Passport copies are done by us for visa authorisation.This service is free.
• Visa costs payable at the airport of the country visited (signed passport and valid for 1 month after your return + 1 photo) + around 25 € / country.
